Relationships are a great investment of your time.

Strong relationships have a number of benefits—a greater quality of life, better health, increased performance, improved decision-making, and more quality opportunities. And relationship management is a key skill for achieving this. You'll want to establish strong connections with the right people, and use your time wisely to maintain those relationships.

Undock empowers you to better manage these relationships and connect more effectively.

Undock People

Undock provides a dashboard to help you keep track of and better manage your relationships.

Whether you're collaborating with a team or trying to build better relationships with your friends and family, Undock can help. There are two components to this dashboard:

  1. Your People List
  2. Viewing People Profiles

Here's how it works.

Your People List

Go to your Undock dashboard where you can see your timeline. If you're not a member, sign up for free.

Using the drop-down menu in the top-left corner, select "People." You'll land on a page with your list of contacts:

On the left, you'll see two groups of people you've met:

  • Undock members are at the top. These people will have an avatar for their profile.
  • Non-members are at the bottom. These people will not have an avatar.

For non-members, you can quickly invite them to use Undock. Having them join unlocks mutual availability. Our platform will instantly suggest the best meeting times based on everyone's availability, preferences, and schedule behavior.

On the right, you'll see data that will help you better invest your time:

  • The person you met with most over the last 12 months.
  • The top 3 people you've spent the most time with over the last 12 months.
  • The number of people you've met this month, and how many of those people were new.

Your people list gives you an overview of all your contacts, who you've met, and how often you're connecting with them.

But let's say you want to learn more about one of your connections.

Viewing People Profiles

You can click on someone's profile to learn more about them. Let's choose Emma:

On the left, you'll be able to see their name and personal information. Keep in mind you can only see what the contact chooses to display publicly.

Undock also gives you a few ways to better manage your relationship with Emma:

  • You can choose to "Meet with Emma." This takes you to a page where you can see her schedules. These are the booking pages Emma has created.
  • You can add personal notes about Emma–for instance, where you met or any relevant context for the relationship. Only you can view this information. Think of it as a personal CRM.
  • "Meeting series" displays all recurring meetings you have scheduled with Emma. If you want to set up a recurring meeting, click "new plan" and set one up. Undock also suggests recurring meetings it believes are relevant for both parties.
  • "Schedule access" displays all your booking pages that Emma has access to. She'll automatically have access to all your public booking pages. But you can also grant her permission to view private booking pages by clicking "edit" and selecting the relevant schedule.

The right side is simply a timeline of meetings between you and Emma (this involves both 1:1 and group meetings). You can view meetings you've had with her in the past, meetings scheduled for the future, and a record of all the notes shared between you two.

And that's it! Using Undock, you can better manage your relationships and focus on connecting with others.
